Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Italiano insists his side are gearing up to put the death grip on Hearts. The Viola head coach believes it's win or bust for his side as their dwindling Group A hopes go on the line at Tynecastle.
One point from their opening two games in the Europa Conference League has left the Serie A outfit languishing in bottom spot and the German has ordered his players to go for the jugular against the Jambos. He said: "We will give 100 per cent from the first minute. This is a very important game for us. We must force their hand and try to force some errors. We have to win this game, it's very important for us. We will be applying the pressure.
"Having watched the Istanbul and RFS games, Hearts are very strong. We have studied how they play and we know they have great fan support. They will have that here. Hearts have very supportive fans, we must match this through fans and on the pitch. It will be a very difficult game, tactically.
Fiorentina haven't won away from home since April and have tasted victory only once in their previous ten outings but Italiano insists it will be alright on the night against Robbie Neilson's men.
He said: "We haven't done well away from home. It's not tactical, it's an outlook we have to correct. We have to be more courageous, entrepreneurial and take these wins. We know we can do it."
