Villarreal vs Juventus LIVE!
Dusan Vlahovic scored the second-fastest goal ever for a Champions League debutant as his Juventus side were held to a 1-1 drew 1-1 away to Villarreal in the last-16 first-leg tie.
The 22-year-old Serbian striker, who joined the Turin side from Fiorentina in January after huge interest from Arsenal, needed only 31 seconds to net as he controlled Danilo’s pass and fired home brilliantly with his weaker right-foot.
Juventus had control for much of the game but dropped deeper in the second and Villarreal grew into it.
Etienne Capoue spotted Parejo alone and unmarked behind defenders and sent a perfect pass over the top for the Spanish midfielder to finish well.
That could prove to be a crucial goal in the tie, but heading into the second leg in Turin on March 16, it is Juventus who have the edge and will be fancying their chances of reaching the Champions League quarter-finals.
