The Minnesota Vikings have released their injury report for Thursday ahead of Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. All seven players on the report saw no changes in designation from Wednesday.
- DE Dean Lowry (groin): Did not practice
- ILB Brian Asamoah II (ankle): Limited
- CB Akayleb Evans (neck): Limited
- WR K.J. Osborn (chest): Limited
- WR Brandon Powell (foot): Full
- WR Jalen Nailor (hamstring): Full
Lowry being the only DNP right now is a concern for Sunday. Even if he is a limited participant in practice on Friday, the expectation is likely that he won’t play.
The Falcons saw quarterback Desmond Ridder removed from the injury report after having been evaluated for a concussion against the Tennesse Titans. He will backup Taylor Heinicke on Sunday. Wide receiver Drake London once again didn’t practice with a groin injury.
Friday’s injury report will tell us a lot more about if these players will play on Sunday afternoon.
