UFC strawweight champion Zhang Weili had her way in the first defense of her second title reign.
This past Saturday at UFC 292, Weili dominated Amanda Lemos for 25 minutes as she won a unanimous decision by scores of 50-43, 50-44 and 49-45. Afterward, she said she was open to defending her belt next against either Tatiana Suarez or fellow Chinese fighter Yan Xiaonan, who are ranked Nos. 4 and 3, respectively, in the UFC’s official rankings.
