South African flyweight Siyanda Vilakazi picked up his first professional win in style Thursday as he landed a finishing sequence that resembled something from a highly-choreographed movie scene.
Vilakazi (1-1) fought in the opening prelim of EFC 115 in Sandton, South Africa, against Tebatso Matlhobowane (0-1). The fight lasted 10 seconds.
Right off the bat, Vilakazi threw a left high kick, which Matlhobowane caught. Matlhobowane drove forward for a single leg as Vilakazi pogoed on one leg while moving backward. He then leaped up and drilled Matlhobowane with his right knee.
Matlhobowane toppled to the canvas, stunned, and Vilakazi finished the fight off with punches.
Blink and you’ll miss it!!

The knockout was highly unusual, but reminiscent of Yves Edwards’ unique 2008 knockout vs. Edson Berto in EliteXC (see below).
