If you go down to the woods today....you could find a wonderful country house with tennis court, lake, tunnel and more.
The only problem is, it's all abandoned.
YouTuber Ste G posted a video of the woodland retreat after coming across it between Bingham and Bottesford.
A pair of overgrown iron gates is the only clue from the road that the house even exists.
But the property within the woods is huge, with beautiful gardens featuring an ornamental pond.
There's a spiral staircase leading from a cellar to an upper level, and lots of different buildings which link with each other.
"It's like a fairytale building," says Ste in the video, which was taken a couple of weeks ago. "How could anyone leave such a beautiful building like this? It's just beyond me."
As for the lake at the bottom of the garden, he says: "That is just awesome. That's amazing."
In the video, below, Ste says he doesn't know what the place used to be. Please note the video contains some swearing, and one burp.
It's not the only place in Nottinghamshire that Ste has explored.
He's also been to the former RAF Newton site, where outline planning permission has been given for up to 500 new homes; and to the Police Dog training school at the same site.
