JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Khamzat Chimaev was asked a question by a familiar face at the UFC 273 news conference.
Chimaev’s most recent opponent, Li Jingliang, made a surprise appearance at Thursday’s pre-fight press conference and asked his former foe a question about Saturday’s fight with Gilbert Burns.
Jingliang paid his respect to Chimaev and asked him if he was going to approach Burns the same way that he did when they fought. Chimaev quickly shot for a takedown in his UFC 267 fight against Jingliang and carried him across the octagon. He then slammed him down for and locked in a submission win.

UFC 273 takes place Saturday at Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and early prelims on ESPN+.
