A far-right influencer who was recently doxed after making a sexist tweet allegedly pepper-sprayed a self-described progressive woman who knocked on his door.
Marla Rose, who described herself as progressive, went to Nicholas Fuentes' home after it was leaked online in response to a sexist tweet the influencer made, as reported by the Chicago Tribune. Fuentes has received significant backlash after his tweet, "Your body, my choice. Forever," went viral.
Rose said she decided to go to the address because she wanted to see if the rumors of Fuentes receiving prank deliveries of menstrual products and dog feces were true, but did not plan on going to his door until another woman nearby suggested she do so, as reported by Vice.
The incident was caught on camera, and has been shared across various social media platforms. In the video, Fuentes can be seen opening the door and shoving an object, which Rose said was mace, at the woman's face.
"Oh my God, what — what are you doing?" Rose says before the phone falls to the ground. The phone then appears to be picked up by Fuentes before he brings it inside and locks the door.
"I hadn't touched the doorbell yet — he flung the door open in that same move, sprayed me with pepper spray or mace or whatever," Rose told Vice. "Then what I recall is he put two hands on my shoulders and pushed me down the steps. It may have just been one hand, but it was definitely a push. I fell. It was just three steps, but onto the sidewalk."
Rose said the woman who had told her to go up to the home called the cops. Police response to the home was confirmed by Berwyn Police Department Deputy Chief Michael Ochsner to the Chicago Tribune, but no further details were provided.
Paramedics were also called to the scene to check Rose over, but she told Vice they "determined I was fine." She said she has not decided if she will be pursuing charges.
Fuentes has not commented on the alleged incident.
