Every now and then, boxing makes its way into the headlines of the MMA news cycle. The past month, MMA saw plenty of crossover, with most headlines surrounding arguably the most powerful man in the sport – UFC CEO Dana White.
White was more vocal than ever regarding his desire to get involved in boxing and also made a bold claim, shutting down the idea that Francis Ngannou made more money in boxing than if he would’ve stayed with the UFC. On top of that, boxing star Terrance Crawford revealed he was in brief talks with Conor McGregor for a potential two-fight series – one in MMA and the other in boxing.
