Victoria Beckham enjoyed a cute daughter day with Harper Seven – before her husband David joked about her "getting old” in a very cheeky quip.
The 48-year-old fashion designer took to Instagram to share a snap of her and Harper wearing matching aprons as they visited a candle making shop.
“Will this trend catch on? Nice apron,” said the doting mum who appeared to be revelling in the quality mother-daughter time in Miami.
The pair posed in front of a wall of candles in their matching white outfits as Harper broke up the attire with a bright pair of gold trainers.
Clearly not a fan of the mandatory aprons, Victoria said that staff forced them to wear them.
“Special day with mummy making candles,” she added in the sweet post with Harper Seven.
Speaking of the aprons, she said: “They made me wear it.”
Harper then posed for a picture with a friend in front of a ‘Burn Baby Burn’ neon sign, while her and the friend shaped their arms into a heart formation.
“Special day today,” Victoria added as she shared the snaps wither her 30 million Instagram followers.
After a day of candle making, the pair hit the shops where Victoria stopped into a local book shop, looking at a variety of titles.
A big book worm, the posts came before her husband David Beckham shared a video of Victoria when she had returned home.
Footage shows Victoria boasting about a new gadget to aid her night-time reading, all while she held one of the new purchases from the book shop.
Although the video hasn’t gone down too well with fans after David quipped comments about Victoria’s age.
Her new device clips onto books and allows her to get her reading fix at night, allowing her to read in the dark.
“My wife is getting old,” David says in the short clip. “I’m not getting old,” Victoria claps back.
“Someone has just bought a light off Amazon so she can read her book,” explains David. “At night,” quickly snaps his wife.
David adds: “Wow. How old are you?”
The comments have caused upset on the former footy star’s Instagram page, with fans giving David a real telling off.
“Careful who you are calling old sir! She wears badass heals and can kick you in the shin with one of those,” said one of David’s followers.
Another said: “Mr Beckham you never ever say your wife is getting old without adding, ‘and getting more beautiful’.”
Victoria even responded in the comments, saying: “Is it just me?!? Can anyone read in the dark David?! by the way… What are you reading??”
