Victoria Beckham has shared her unusual bedtime ritual as the fashionista declares her love for calming healing crystals.
The former Spice Girl revealed that she holds crystals in her hands as she relaxes into a slumber and added that she needs to sleep in complete darkness so uses an eye-mask.
This isn't the first time the Wannabe singer has expressed her love for healing crystals, she once filled her London boutique with the rocks.
As reported in The Mirror, she also meditates to restore her body's natural calm.
She's now told Porter Magazine: "I love crystal energy. I have quite a few by the side of my bed, I hold them.
"And I like to meditate. I have an eye mask, as I need complete darkness."
The fashion designer has curated quite the collection of crystals at the Cotswolds home she shares with husband David and their four children.
But it was during her time Stateside with David in 2007 that she was first introduced to crystals, which many believe have natural healing powers.
She explained: ''My first crystal was a black obsidian and I still carry it everywhere with me. I like to surround myself with positive energy, and so often have a little collection of crystals in my handbag.''
Victoria's love for all things spiritual isn't a recent development, she spoke about her love for crystals over a decade ago.
Posh Spice told US Magazine in 2011: "I'm a very spiritual person. I travel with my crystals.
"I've got all different colors. It's just something that I'm into. I am quite a superstitious person. I don't walk under a ladder.
"If I see a magpie, I salute."
Meanwhile the 47-year-old mum also told how she keeps her nightwear just for sleeping and is a firm believer in a bed time routine.
She added: "Rather than coming home and spending the evening lounging around in your pyjamas, train your mind to put on your pyjamas later and then get into bed, so it becomes your routine - and I like my routines."
Posh hit the headlines recently for her strict daily exercise regime, something which she previously admitted is "part of who I am now."
Her workouts typically begin with a 45-minute run, followed by a 30-min leg session, 30-min arms, and core exercises.
As you'd expect she's got a home gym and personal trainer to make it that bit easier - but has remained consistent in her desire to exercise for fitness and wellbeing despite a busy family life.
Victoria told The Guardian’s Weekend: "It's how it makes you feel. It really gets me ready for the day.
"It clears my mind.
"It's also where I have lots of ideas. It’s a time when I'm not on the phone, I'm not with the children, I'm not with David; I can literally just be left alone."
