Bend it like Beckham! Stretchy Victoria took fans inside her latest workout as she put on a very flexible display.
Posh put on a fitness show with what looks like an undressed David looking on in the background.
The toned dad of four was tagged as he was getting some weights in and his wife showed she is in tip top condition.
Guiding her followers through her regime, the former Spice Girl's black gym gear revealed her abs as she spent some time building up a sweat.
VB later sunk a whey protein shake before getting in some well deserved rest.
"I'm in my strength training phase!" she captioned the first pic.
"Before and after every session it's key to mobilise and stretch. Recovery is as important as the work itself!"
She added on the second shot with a picture of her doing presses on a bench: "I follow with my training session which I vary day-to-day to focus on different areas of the body.
"Today I'm working on my upper body strength with a combination of resistance-based exercises."
They have been married for over 20 years but things still don't miss a moment to hold hands.
Last month they shared a video of their workout session on Instagram, delighting fans with their adorable exercise ideas.
Victoria previously opened up about what she does to stay fit.
Getting up at around 5.30am, Posh embarks on an epic two hour daily workout.
Speaking to The Guardian, Victoria revealed that she starts with a 7k run on the treadmill. No plodding mind, as this is “a mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running."
She revealed that this is a favourite time of the day for her as she uses the 45 minutes or so to catch up on TV show, with documentaries and boxsets bringing some light relief to her training.
Next up is the personal trainer, who puts Victoria through her paces with 30 minutes legs followed by 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning.
To finish this off, there's "loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core."
