Victoria Beckham's mother of the groom look took 5 days to create in her London workshop

Victoria Beckham has revealed that her dazzling mother-of-the-groom dress took five days to create, as she shared more behind-the-scenes photos from her son's wedding.

Her eldest, chef Brooklyn Beckham, 23, married actor Nicola Peltz, 27, in a glamorous and star-studded ceremony on Saturday (April 9), held at a beachside estate in Florida.

Among those in attendance were Victoria, 47, and husband David Beckham, 46 - with the couple having attracted praise for their stylish attire for the stateside nuptials.

She wore an elegant and understated silver gown, that featured lace embroidery - with the couture ensemble having been produced by her eponymous fashion label.

Victoria has shared more photos of the stunning dress on Instagram in recent days, with her even revealing the components of the gown and how long it took to make.

She shared a video yesterday in which she was seen walking towards a full-length mirror in the gown, with her writing alongside the footage: "A special dress for a special day."

The Spice Girls member revealed that it marked a special moment for her business, telling fans: "The first Victoria Beckham couture dress made in our London [workshop]."

Victoria further commented that the "bespoke fabric" was developed by one of her favourite mills located in Italy - adding that it's "like liquid metal and hangs so beautifully."

And she subsequently shared a photo of herself in the gown, writing: "The lace is actually three different styles, placed to create a new lace and then hand embroidered."

"The dress took five days to create by six of my incredibly talented London atelier team. It's been a labour of love," she further commented alongside the wedding snap.

Victoria said that she was "so grateful" to her "incredible team" for creating it, with a follow-up photo showcasing the diamond necklace that she accessorised with it.

Following the wedding, she had expressed well-wishes to Brooklyn and his wife Nicola, writing in a post: "Congratulations Mr and Mrs Beckham. Welcome to the family."

She later referred to herself and husband David - whom she has been married to since 1999 - as a "proud mum and dad" during the celebrations for the groom and his bride.
