Victoria Beckham is reportedly getting ready for her next role as a 'glamorous granny'.
After seemingly putting her rumoured feud with daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz behind her, Victoria, 49, is hoping that she might hear the pitter-patter of tiny feet soon after her eldest son Brooklyn, 24, recently shared his hopes of becoming a young father.
Despite ongoing rumours that Victoria and Nicola, 28, had completely fallen out after Nicola and Brooklyn's wedding in April 2022, it appears they have put the past behind them now as Brooklyn's famous mum left her Instagram followers stunned last week when she shared a sweet snap of herself wrapping her arm around Nicola.
The wholesome photo saw Victoria and her husband David, 47, pose alongside their son and daughter-in-law as Victoria gushed over how special it felt to be able to celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary with them.
After ongoing row rumours, which have circulated for an entire year, Nicola and Victoria appear to have put the past behind them - and it's reportedly all down to the fact that Victoria doesn't want to miss out on being a grandmother.
An insider told Heat Magazine: "Vic’s hopeful the two families can put all the nastiness behind them and move forward – she knows they’ll be spending even more time together once Brooklyn and Nicola start having babies, and she doesn’t want to be pushed out when that happens.
"She keeps joking to David that they’ll be the cool, fun grandparents, as Nicola’s mum Claudia is nearly 70 and her dad Nelson is in his eighties. And, of course, she’s doing everything possible to make sure she’ll be the most glam granny ever."
And following Victoria's gushing family post on her son's first wedding anniversary with Nicola, her daughter-in-law further put rumours of a feud to bed when she replied in the comments: "Today was so fun! We love you so much.”
The heiress then shared her own photos from the day, insisting how 'amazing' it was to be able to celebrate with their families.
Row rumours first started to circulate just days after Nicola's wedding with Brooklyn in April last year.
At the time, it was said that the former Spice Girl was offended when Nicola allegedly refused to wear a wedding dress designed by her.
Meanwhile, Nicola felt that Victoria was taking over and outshining her on her wedding day.
