Victoria Beckham and Nicola Peltz-Beckham have exchanged public messages as the former Spice Girl celebrated her birthday. Posh Spice marked her 49th birthday on Monday (April 17) and appeared to be surrounded by the love of her family as she was joined by her husband David and three of their four children.
On her special day, David took to social media himself to celebrate his "amazing" wife, who he has been married to since 1999, on her 49th birthday. The former Manchester United star, 47, took to Instagram with a gushing post.
David shared a black-and-white photo of himself kissing Victoria on the nose, with the caption: "Happy Birthday to the most amazing wife and mummy x someone who inspires us every single day, we love you and you deserve to have the most perfect day, happy Birthday @victoriabeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven."

And Victoria appeared to have the best day she could with her loved ones as she shared a look inside her celebrations in an Instagram post. The fashion designer, who is renowned for her strict diet which recently came into question again when Rio Ferdinand was asked about his former teammate's wife's eating habit, could be seen munching on a piece of cake which was presented to her at her birthday dinner.
And David appeared to defend his wife over her eating claims as he posted the picture, which shows Victoria with her mouth open ready to pop in a mouthful of her cake while her hubby beamed alongside her, to his own Instagram Story and wrote: "Yep and she eats cake," before adding "Birthday girl," and tagging his other half.
The birthday meal was a huge celebration for Victoria, who was joined by her son Brooklyn, 24, and daughter-in-law Nicola, 28, as the pair continue their attempts to put a widely reported falling-out behind them. She posted a photo of the couple alongside Harper to her Instagram Story and said: "I love you @brooklynpeltzbeckham @nicolaannepeltzbeckham #HarperSeven."
Transformers actress Nicola then reposted the sweet image to her own Instagram Story and wrote: "Happy Birthday!!" before repaying the love to her mother-in-law, adding a series of pinks hearts and added: "Love you!!"
While in Victoria's main post, she was seen posing with David, Brooklyn, Harper and Cruz but Romeo was missing from his mum's birthday celebrations. "Celebrating meeeeeee!! last night," she wrote in the caption. "I love u all so much!! We miss u @romeobeckham! Kisses @davidbeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven."
But unfortunately, Cruz caused a massive distraction due to his pose, appearing to reach his hand down towards his dad's crotch while putting on a shocked face for the camera.
