Victoria Beckham 's ability to maintain her enviable figure has left many of the former pop stars fans in awe.
But it doesn't come without being put through her paces as she's teased of her latest 'torture' weight work out.
The former pop star, 43, has enlisted the help of first class fitness coach Mr Bobby Rich as she works out in her brand collab with sports brand Reebok.
Sharing a shot Victoria appeared in the sports brand's cropped black high wasted leggings and neon yellow matching crop top, and black gloves.
Her hair was pinned back in a sky high top knot as he impressively holds a weight aloft and maintains her balance with arm outstretched.
Sharing to Instagram she posted: "Last workout of the week in new #ReebokxVictoriaBeckham see Stories for how @mrbobbyrich has chosen to torture me this week!!"
Sharing a string of shots Posh can be seen doing leg stretches and resistance band training with her arms outstretched holding a rubber weight plate.
Victoria's workout didn't go unnoticed by ex-footballer husband David who posted: "Give this girl a Gold medal @mrbobbyrich @victoriabeckham."
The former Spice Girl has impressively maintained her fitness and previously told The Guardian’s Weekend magazine that her exercise routine begins between 5.30am and 6am with a 7km 45 minute run on the treadmill, which is "a mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running.
And after her run she enlists a personal trainer at her private home gym.
She added: "30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core."
Her latest offering of her fitness regime comes as the mum-of-four recently shared how she starts each day with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach and has encouraged her followers to do the same.
The former Spice Girl, 43, posted a picture of a large bottle of unfiltered cider on her Instagram story and wrote over the top of it: "Be brave! Two tbsp first thing on an empty tummy! x"
But although the wife of David Beckham was recommending the health trick, fans were also advising caution as drinking vinegar on an empty stomach can cause tissue damage and lower potassium.
