Victor Osimhen is reportedly dreaming of a move to the Emirates Stadium this summer. As previously reported, the Gunners will target two centre-forwards this summer. One name who's been closely linked with them is Napoli star Osimhen.
As per tuttomercatoweb, Napoli's Chief Executive Aurelio De Laurentiis is targeting a revolution at the club, one that has a different approach to player acquisition and management. The Serie A giants are therefore looking to cut wages as a result and are reportedly willing to listen to offers for Osimhen. Although, it's not yet clear as to whether they'll be willing to accept bids less than the €70m (£59m) they paid Lille for him in 2020.
Now, according to Corriere Dello Sport, via HITC, Osimhen himself is dreaming of a move to the Emirates Stadium. If the report is to be believed, it's extremely telling, as it implies that the project at Arsenal - led by Edu and Mikel Arteta - is one that is worth joining.

Arsenal are yet to secure Champions League football this season and a big name is already strongly considering a summer move to them. Plus, if the Gunners do decide to make an offer for Osimhen, they'll be glad to know that some think he's better value for money than Dusan Vlahovic.
Arsenal spent the majority of January's transfer window trying to persuade the Serbian to sign for them before he eventually put pen to paper on a deal at Juventus. But former Inter Milan star Alessandro Altobelli believes Osimhen is actually a better player.
“Osimhen is stronger than Vlahovic,” Altobelli said earlier this year. “When I criticised the Nigerian (earlier in the season), he had only scored 4 goals. Now, (Napoli coach Luciano) Spalletti is working hard on him, forging him into one of the best strikers. On Sunday I was able to see his movement, as well as the goals. In this moment he is enjoying great growth. And, for me, he is better than Vlahovic.”
Osimhen could ultimately be a great transfer coup for Edu and Arteta as they look to make at least two marquee signings in the upcoming transfer window.
