Vicky Pattison's Loose Women appearance has viewers calling for her to be full time panellist

Vicky Pattison left a number of Loose Women viewers calling for her to return as a full time panellist, after she confessed to being hit by 'imposter syndrome' when she had a job on the show six years ago.

Being a Loose Women panellist was one of the high profile roles ex Geordie Shore star Vicky landed after she won I'm A Celebrity at the end of 2015, going onto appear on the ITV lunchtime programme on a regular basis over the course of a few months. Many fans were delighted to see her make a return to the show on Thursday as a guest, as she spoke about doing a 26 mile fundraising trek in honour of her late grandad and her plans to freeze her eggs as she plans for a baby.

A comment Vicky made during her time as a Loose Women panellist came back to haunt her as host Jane Moore made her watch a clip from 2016 in which she said he didn't want children. After credits rolled on the episode, Vicky took to Instagram to share her delight at being back on the programme, adding she 'didn't feel qualified' to be a panellist when she had the job on a full time basis.

Next to a photo of herself behind the scenes, the 34-year-old wrote "When I was a panellist on loose years ago- I felt so out of place- like I didn't have enough to say and hadn't earnt my right to sit there with all those fabulous and famous faces."

She continued: "But today, I felt really at ease and I know that's got a lot to do with growing up and working on myself and stuff but its also largely due to the lovely ladies on the panel so Thankyou @janepmoore, @the_mcgiff, @katiepiper_ and my gorgeous @lindarobson58 for just being so warm and welcoming! You're all absolutely babes."

Vicky's guest appearance impressed some Loose Women viewers so much that they called on her to return as a permanent star. One of her millions of Insta followers told her: "Oh this is so gorgeous. You need to be back on that panel pronto."

A fellow Geordie commented: "I could listen to you speak all day. As a 30 something year old from the north east, very relatable," with another responding: "You need to be a loose woman it be great to have you on the panel."
