Vicky Pattison's five step wellness plan as she finally learns to 'love her curves'

Vicky Pattison is said to have a five-step plan to wellness, in the hope of becoming an "healthier version" of herself.

The reality TV star, 34, has been open about her issues with her body image over the years, having previously said that she 'fixated' on weighing herself at one point.

The Geordie Shore alum however has transformed her mindset and learned to embrace her curves, with her now said to be focused on being happy and healthy.

This is said to include a five-step programme for the I'm a Celebrity, which includes activities that improve physical health, but also something that motivates such activity.

It has been outlined in the latest edition of New magazine, which has taken a look at Vicky's plan, amid her having promised to "become a healthier version" of herself this month.

The outlet reports that she has recently stated that she is "probably the most content with [her] body" that she has been in years.

It reports that the first step of the plan is taking her dog Milo out for two hours every day. The aim is said to be at least five miles walking daily, complimented by other workouts.

She commented recently: "We did an hour this morning but only about two miles, but I think he’s getting three walks today, so that's fine."

The next step involves zero gravity pilates. She's said to be engaged with Ultra Reformer classes, which the outlet reports are about toning but also a chance to "switch off."

It states that trainer Chris Richardson has said: "Clients learn a lot about themselves and their bodies at the same time."

And the final step is another form of exercise. Vicky has reportedly invested in a VAHA smart fitness mirror, which plays live and on-demand workouts that she can "pick and choose."
