Vicky Pattison has revealed she has been forced to put her dream honeymoon with Ercan Ramadan on hold.
The former Geordie Shore star, 37, tied the knot with the TOWIE star, 31, at Marylebone Town Hall last August and they held a second ceremony in Puglia, Italy, in September.
Pattison explained that she had to leave just days after their nuptials to film her new E4 dating show, The Honesty Box, in Cyprus.
“I left two days after my wedding to go and do it. We had a mini-moon booked but then I had to promote the show, so it feels like I’m not destined to have a honeymoon at the minute and that’s OK,” she told The Mirror.
“When the time is right, no doubt we’ll have something really lovely, but for now, my focus has definitely got to be my career.”
The documentary host added that Ramadan is her “number one fan” when it comes to her work, saying: “He’s super supportive. I don’t think I could have made The Honesty Box or anything I’ve been doing in the last year if it wasn’t for him.”
Pattison, who has been open about freezing her eggs in the past, said she and Ramadan will hopefully have children soon and joked that their luxury resort holidays will be replaced by “all-inclusive water parks”.
Pattison and Ramadan began dating in 2019 and the menswear designer proposed to the MTV star in Dubai in February 2022.
She previously dated reality stars like Geordie Shore’s Ricci Guarnaccio and TOWIE’s Kirk Norcross and Stephen Bear.
Meanwhile, last August, Pattison revealed she will front the dating show, The Honesty Box, alongside Married At First Sight Australia star, Lucinda Light.
The reality series will see singletons try to win £100,000 and be faced with an artificial intelligence (AI) software, which can spot whether they are telling the truth or not.
The nine-episode run, commissioned by Channel 4, will see the contestants taken to a sunny and romantic place dubbed Truetopia.
They will be tested via The Honesty Box, which Channel 4 called a “a new AI-enhanced software”.
Daters who are open about their true feelings could get the prize fund, but if there is any deception this could impact the money and their relationship.
