TV stars Vicky Pattison and Catherine Tyldesley will be among the famous faces joining former Love Island star Scott Thomas as he hosts a free wellness festival at a shopping mall in Cheshire next month. Scott's nutrition and wellness brand Food4Thoughts (F4T) are organising the event with free fitness classes, live cook-a-longs and wellness workshops.
The weekend takeover will see F4T, co-founded by famed Mancunian Scott Thomas and Eden Thomas, hosting a number of industry experts across the two days. It all takes place at the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet on the weekend of July 2 and 3.
Guests will have the opportunity to book on to live F4T panel talks from key speakers across the weekend, with local celebrities giving their insight into wellness, healthy eating and living balanced lifestyles. Hosted by Kate Cocker, sessions will feature guests including Scott's twin Emmerdale and Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas, chef and influencer Steph Elswood, the founder of Men Should Talk Gareth Palmer and more to be announced.

Visitors to the McArthurGlen Outlet will be greeted by live entertainment and music by DJ Kieron J, and stars of The Voice Holly Ellison and Jordan Phillips, as well as receiving access to exclusive offers and the chance to enter a prize draw.
Meanwhile podcast fans will be able to enter a competition to secure their spot in the audience of an exclusive live recording of Scott Thomas’ podcast ‘Learning As I Go’. Through this, Scott shares key lessons and advice from a wide range of guests, exploring their self-development journeys and the people that have inspired them along the way.
On the Saturday of the festival he will be chatting to former Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley on her weight loss journey and the struggles she has faced, and on Sunday Scott will be joined by former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison.
Details of how to apply for the audience for those events will go live on Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet social channels for how to enter.
Also at the festival will be brands including Lululemon, ASICS, adidas and Under Armour alongside the expert F4T team to curate a jam-packed schedule of fitness classes and workshops. Whether you want to test your limits with a HIIT class by F4T’s Commando Charlie, or find your Zen at Lululemon’s meditation sessions; tickets to each session can be booked on the Cheshire Oaks website.
Or for those wanting to kickstart their mindfulness and positivity journey, confidence coach Kate Cocker will be hosting a series of 15-minute workshops focusing on the 7 pillars of positivity.
Scott Thomas, co-Founder at F4T, said: "This really is such a special moment for myself and the Food4Thoughts team. I have visited Cheshire Oaks all my life and to be invited to host our very own F4T Wellness Festival at such a prestigious location really is something else.
"It is our mission at F4T to help as many people as possible “feel amazing” through our unique approach to nutrition, fitness and community building. This is clearly in line with Cheshire Oak’s values with their team always looking for ways to enhance their customer experience!
"I’m so happy with the line-up of activations we have confirmed and the brands we have involved for the weekend. This is going to be special!”
The F4T Wellness Festival will be FREE for centre guests and takes place on Saturday July 2 and Sunday July 3. Visit the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet website for a full schedule of events and to secure places.
