Regarding the Republican Party's unity message, Harris emphasized the need for actions to match the rhetoric. She pointed out that true unity cannot be claimed if efforts are made to overturn a free and fair election or threaten the US Constitution.
Project 2025, created by the conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation, serves as a policy blueprint for potential future Republican presidents. While Trump has distanced himself from the document, a review revealed that approximately 140 individuals from his administration were involved in its development.
