A nutritionist to the stars has shared a 'very easy' and, most importantly, healthy way to lose weight.
Getting fit and losing weight is one of the most common New Year's resolutions, but some dieting methods can cause more harm than good.
Gabriela Peacock has helped a host of celebrities lose weight, including former Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan, and Prince Harry in the run up to his wedding to Meghan Markle.

Losing weight in the winter can seem unappealing due to the cold days and long nights, but Gabriela appeared on Lorraine recently to discuss one 'very easy' dieting method that can healthily reap positive results, The Express reported.
As many nutritionists have suggested, Gabriela recommended that those looking to lose weight should try intermittent fasting.
Although she declared her love for the intermittent fasting method, Gabriela made it clear that she does not like the word 'fasting'.
She said: "It’s really not about not eating, but it’s about managing when you’re eating and how many calories perhaps you’re eating.
"For this time of the year, I definitely love the 16:8 method of fasting because it’s very easy."
Gabriela went on to explain this method for those who are unfamiliar, saying: "All you do is find an eight hour window during the day, which you then eat really healthy balanced meals.
"What I find is it’s not very stressful, it doesn’t require organisation – you don’t have to be planning."
The celebrity nutritionist claims that this method of weight loss has a great effect, and is 'very, very healthy'.
"There is very strong research on how healthy it is and the weight management is almost a side effect of this healthy eating regime." Gabriela said.
But the 16:8 method is not the only way of doing intermittent fasting, as there are some stricter methods.
According to the nutritionist, it all depends on 'what your body needs' - she advertised the 16:8 method of fasting because it is 'really lovely' and 'really gentle'.
She said: "There’s no one approach to fix everyone because we are all very different and we live very, very different lives."
Gabriela, who is a Sunday Times bestselling author, then went on to explain that incorporating exercise into your daily routine is just as important as having a healthy diet.
“It’s really all about balance," She said.
“There is no point beating yourself up – if you’re super super busy and can’t exercise for a week or two, so be it.
“There are different methods of exercise and one has to find what suits you and your body and your life.”
