Vernon Kay got a huge tattoo of former NFL star Eli Manning's face on his back after losing a bet.
The presenter, 48, got the inking in 2012 but was finally able to show Eli the artwork after appearing on The Eli Manning Show.
Taking to Instagram, Vernon posted a video of him removing his shirt to reveal the gigantic black-and-white tat.
Eli stood next to Vernon's back, mimicking the expression on the tattoo.
He added in the caption "Finally got to show #elimanning my punishment for betting against him and @nygiants in 2012. Link in bio. He was quite surprised!!"
Vernon backed the New England Patriots over the New York Giants, which lost him the wager.
Speaking on the programme, he told Eli, 41: "In 2012, someone was in the Super Bowl...
"You were playing the quarterback who is the godfather of my children, Tom Brady.
"Big fan of Tom Brady. I said the Patriots would win and my best friend said that you guys would win. Obviously you guys won."
When Eli asked how that worked out for him, Vernon revealed his impressive back tattoo - which initially the former quarterback thought was fake.
"Oh my God," he exclaimed as he rubbed it to check it was real.
He told Vernon: "I think it looks great. You're lucky it's a good looking guy back there."
From strange tattoos to unusual routines at home, Vernon, who is married to Strictly Come Dancing's Tess Daly, recently admitted that he brushes his teeth four times a day.
"I clean my teeth four times a day, I'm obsessive", he admitted.
He also said that if he has trouble sleeping, he imagines golf.
“If I can’t fall asleep I play 18 holes around my favourite golf course in my head and I’m done.”
Speaking about Tess's role on the BBC prime time show, he said that his wife will dance well into her eighties like Bruce Forsyth.
When he was asked if she would continue to present the show for as long as Bruce did, he said that he thought she would - alongside Claudia Winkleman.

“Strictly was probably one of the first shows to embrace two women as the main anchors of a huge Saturday night entertainment show," he said.
Vernon and Tess have been married for 19 years and share two daughters Phoebe, 17 and Amber, 13.
The couple met at BBC's annual Christmas Party in 1999 where they "had a laugh" together.
