Veganuary: Bristol restaurants take part in Deliveroo free voucher offer

Deliveroo is helping people to make it through their Veganuary pledge this month by giving away thousands of free vouchers offering money off their food orders.

From Tuesday (January 18), 2,000 vegan food vouchers worth £5 each are being offered to new and existing customers to put towards a meat-free meal ordered through the delivery giant's app.

Deliveroo is giving people the opportunity to try some of the top vegan options in the city to offer a point of difference from your usual Friday night takeaway.

To redeem this offer, deliveries must be made through one of the local restaurants participating in this Veganuary voucher deal.

The five plant-based restaurants taking part in Deliveroo's promotional offer are: Cheungs Vegan Kitchen, Purezza, Vegan Indian and Oowee Vegan (both Baldwin Street and Picton Street sites).

Simply enter 'VECANUARY' at the Deliveroo checkout in the ‘Enter a Promo Code’ field on the app or website when ordering from any of the Bristol restaurants participating in the offer to get some money off your order.

There is no minimum spend for this promotional code although it is limited to one use per person. Customers should note that geographical restrictions, service and delivery fees apply.

The £5 free code giveaway is running from January 19 until stocks last, available to 2,000 new and existing Deliveroo customers.

This incentive was launched by Deliveroo in response to 'Quitter's Day' which typically lands on the second Friday in January when many people who have made a New Year's resolution typically concede defeat.

A total of 188 restaurants are participating in this offer across the UK to help those who have made a vegan pledge this month or for people who want to give plant-based a try.

Deliveroo has seen a rapid rise in demand for vegan food in the last 12 months, with a 117 per cent increase for meat-free dishes from the previous year.

Their service is providing more than 15,000 vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurants, cafes and grocers across the UK this month.

There's a huge number of plant-based restaurants and cafes around Bristol, a city that caters to people with all dietary requirements.
