Two vans went up in flames last night after a suspected arson attack.
Police and Merseyside fire and rescue service were called to the car park on Priory Road, Anfield at around 11.45pm on Tuesday, May 30. At the scene, firefighters found two vans were fully alight.
A crew from one fire engine put out the fire and left the scene, handing over to police. Officers this morning told the ECHO that they believe the fire was started deliberately.

No injuries have been reported. Police suspect one of the vans was set alight deliberately but the spread of the fire caused damage to another van parked next to it.
Both vehicles were removed from the car park. A joint investigation between police and the fire service is ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to contact police.
Community policing inspector Andrew Lloyd said: "Deliberately setting fire to a vehicle is extremely reckless and we are determined to find the person responsible and bring them to justice. If you were in the Anfield area last night and saw anything or anyone suspicious then please come forward and let us know.
"Similarly if you were driving on Priory Road and have dashcam footage, please review it and let us know if you see anything.
Anyone with information is asked to DM @MerPolCC or @CrimestoppersUK on 0800 555 111 quoting reference 23000464442."
