Vanessa Hudgens welcomes first child with husband Cole Tucker

Vanessa Hudgens has given birth to her first child with husband Cole Tucker.

The High School Musical star, 35, was snapped cradling the newborn as she left a hospital in Santa Monica, California, on Wednesday.

In the pictures, which were obtained by the MailOnline, Hudgens can be seen being pushed in a wheelchair by her baseball player spouse, who was also celebrating his 28th birthday that day.

The couple are accompanied in the frames by a concerned-looking nurse.

Their precious new addition was wrapped lovingly in a white blanket with thin blue stripes and wore a soft fabric cap on its head.

Hudgens first announced that she was pregnant when she debuted her baby bump on the red carpet of the Oscars back in March.

While it is believed she hosted a gender reveal party, she has yet to confirm publicly if her baby is a boy or a girl.

She and Tucker first got together in 2021 after meeting in a Zoom meditation session during the Covid-19 pandemic.

They got engaged two years later in February 2023 and tied the knot that December in a lavish ceremony in Tulum, Mexico.

Reflecting on their big day, she told Vogue that seeing Tucker at the altar was “the most emotional moment of my life.

“I literally keeled over when I saw Cole and had to take a big breath and had to force myself to keep walking because I could have dropped to the floor.”

She added to the outlet that the vows they exchanged were the “most beautiful thing ever”.
