Following her very recent split from fiancé Ben Ofoed, Vanessa Feltz is living it up with help of her This Morning pals by her side.
The This Morning star, 60, appeared to put her heartbreak at bay on Saturday when she attended Alison Hammond's joint 48th and 18th birthday party with her son Aiden.
The star-studded double birthday bash proved to be the perfect place for Vanessa to blow off some steam alongside her good friends Holly Willoughby and Dermot O'Leary, with fashion expert Gok Wan on DJ duty.
Vanessa has said she had been left 'extremely sad and disappointed' after the 16-year-long relationship ended recently.
Ben and Vanessa had been together since 2005 and made regular appearances together both on-screen and in magazines, but Vanessa recently announced that she was devastated it had come to an end.
"I had thought it might take a bit longer before this came out, because it’s a lot to deal with - a shock like this takes some adjusting to - but I am extremely sad and disappointed that my 16-year relationship with Ben is over," the TV star admitted.
Following her sad admission, Vanessa took to Instagram over the weekend to reveal that she attended Alison and Aiden's birthday bash, where she called Holly Willoughby her 'guiding star' amid her heartache.
Although she wasn't pictured at the star-studded event, Vanessa revealed she was there in the comments of Holly's Instagram.
Underneath Holly's fun-filled post, Vanessa penned: "Thank you for letting me follow your car home. It was my guiding star."
To which Holly replied: "Oh glad you got back ok. See you on the sofa next week where you can guide me through the week's news… biggest kiss xxx"
Vanessa had been feeling down in the dumps since her 16-year relationship with Ben crumbled.
Confirming their split to The Sun on Sunday, Vanessa said: "Who knew I’d be single at 60? However, ladies, it’s onwards and upwards and I firmly believe that the best is yet to come."
She tried to stay positive, saying: "I hear that Kylie Minogue is single again, so I’m in good company - if she wants to hit the town, hook me up."
Ben is thought to have now moved out of their £3.5million in St John’s Wood, North London.
The pair met back in 2005, with Vanessa having divorced Michael Kurer five years earlier following cheating allegations.
Ben popped the question a year after first meeting, but Vanessa had shared her worries about marrying him.
Speaking to OK! magazine previously, the TV presenter said her split from the father of her children derailed her 'to the most terrific extent' and has made her 'reluctant' to embark on a second marriage.
The BBC Radio 2 host married Michael in 1985 and the former couple welcomed daughters Allegra and Saskia into the world before their divorce in 2000.
The split occurred when former Celebrity Big Brother contestant Vanessa discovered the doctor was cheating on her via newspaper reports.
