Vanessa Feltz made a racy confession about her sex life as she gave This Morning viewers tips on how to spice up their own sex lives.
The 60-year-old presenter - who is engaged to husband-to-be Ben, 47 - has always been very open about her own bedroom antics, and during a segment on today's ITV show, she tried to impart her own wisdom with others.
Vanessa shared some of the things that work for her in her own relationship, as she urged those tuning in to follow her tips if they wanted to improve their own sex life at any age.
Giving her advice for those wishing to spice up their sex life, Vanessa said: "You could send a message saying don't forget to pick up the dry cleaning, you send a message where you say 'where the hell is my white shirt' or you could send a message saying something a little bit saucy instead or as well. And why not?
"And if you do, then at least it could spark something in the mind. Ignites a bit - maybe tonight could be the night, or maybe the tonight will be the night. It gets a bit exciting, it's a thing of a sexual climate."
She added: "So you don't just go simply from defrosting the freezer and unloading the dishwasher and then expecting to have great sex. That's not sexy, but if you've got a bit of a climate going on..."
Phillip Schofield then asked Vanessa what her most used emojis are on her phone at the moment.
She admitted: "Oh you don't want to know that! Aubergine obviously! Extensive use of the aubergine."
Vanessa also made another number of confessions as she gave out more tips to viewers at home, with the star also seemingly suggesting she left a trail of fruit and vegetables for her husband to follow when he returned home.
Shocked by the confession, Phil was aghast as Vanessa explained how people could spice up their sex lives by leaving a trail from downstairs to the bedroom upstairs, before joking breadcrumbs don't work as they're messy.
"Ben and I will switch it up in the bedroom, too, instead of always doing the boring tried-and-tested formula," Vanessa candidly wrote, "It might be with what I wear, or what I don't wear, the room that we're doing it in, or the position.
"Recently I was cooking dinner, and ended up leaving a vegetable trail into the bedroom for him. I was there waiting for him on the bed, in what I hope was an alluring position."
