The Royal Albert Hall in London will once again be hosting an iconic musical performer, with legendary singer Van Morrison announcing his new show.
The Northern Irish icon has garnered a musical legacy, becoming one of the most influential musicians in a career spanning decades, in which he has been awarded six Grammys, a Brit Award, as well as an Ivor Novello.
His music spans genres, such as the soul-jazz of Moondance to the traditional Celtic styles of Irish Heartbeat, and he has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
In the past few decades, Morrison has collaborated with fellow stars, including Tom Jones, Bobby Womack, and Michael Bublé, with his 2015 album reworking songs from his catalogue of more than 360 tracks.
Morrison also recently hit the headlines for a political spat with fellow music icon Billy Bragg.
