Social media users are inundating platforms with the names of employees working under Elon Musk to gain access to the federal payment system as a part of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) after the billionaire deleted one user's X account for doing the same thing.
"It's not a crime at all and it's not against TOS at all. He supported another account who named them," one X user wrote, sharing a screenshot of a previous post naming the six employees who Musk had praised as "some real aces."

"Elon nukes account for naming the people working for him after boosting a right wing account he likes for doing the same thing and also after doing the same thing himself," an X user tweeted. "No rhyme or reason to this which is not a good sign because he's in control of the government."

Other users, while not naming the six employees themselves, shared their reaction to Musk's removal of the X user's account.

On Monday, Musk removed an X account for naming six DOGE employees working with him, alleging that by doing so, the user had "committed a crime".

The employees were named in a post replying to the X account representing Democratic lawmakers within the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Democratic committee members criticized DOGE employees after they attempted to access secure systems within the US Agency for International Development against the will of USAID employees, resulting in the director of security and his deputy being placed on administrative leave, reported NBC News.

However, Democratic lawmakers were still enraged by the actions of DOGE employees.
"DOGE's attempt to bulldoze its way into classified systems is part of a broader agenda to dismantle US foreign aid and soft power," the House Foreign Affairs Committee wrote via X. "Broligarchs don't get an all-access pass to America's most sensitive info—our security and global leadership are not for sale."
