USC running back Travis Dye had to be carted off the field during Friday night’s game against Colorado after suffering a leg injury.
Dye went down awkwardly as he was being tackled at the end of the run, and immediately grabbed his left leg.
After his entire team (and a handful of his opponents) gathered around the cart to wish him well, Dye gave a thumbs-up to the home crowd as he left the field.
A transfer from Oregon, Dye entered Friday night’s game with over 1,000 yards of total offense on the season for the No. 8 Trojans.
