UFC Fight Night 253 took place this past Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, producing a few updates across multiple divisions.
In the main event, flyweight contender Manel Kape picked up a TKO stoppage win over replacement opponent Asu Almabayev, who stepped in for an injured Brandon Royval. Kape handled business and now finds himself in the top 5 of flyweights.
Kape entered the week ranked No. 6 but jumped up to No. 4 in this week’s update.
