The US Capitol Police, in coordination with the Secret Service and other agencies, are working diligently to secure the Capitol and its surroundings for the upcoming event.

Due to security concerns, the Capitol will be off-limits to the public during the inauguration. Instead, individuals are encouraged to gather at the Capitol One Arena in Washington, DC, where a live viewing of the ceremony will be available. Additionally, the inauguration parade is scheduled to take place at the arena, providing attendees with an opportunity to participate in the historic event.
