As the conflict between Russia and Ukraine rages on, more and more military jets have been seen over the UK.
With our RAF on standby "ready to defend Europe and the Atlantic region", all manner of unique and interesting aircraft have been spotted overhead.
In the North East, this morning alone has seen the presence of four US fighter jets, a huge British transporter plane and even a charity's aircraft thought to be shipping supplies out to Poland.
A US-based charity, Samaritans Purse, flight from Scotland to Poland was spotted flying over the North East, carrying vital supplies which are thought to be headed to Ukraine and neighbouring countries with large numbers of refugees. Plane spotters said on Twitter it was a 'rare sight' to see this in Europe.
It comes as Ukraine's ambassador to the UK suggested that fighter jets would be more useful than sending a plane to collect refugees to bring to Britain.
Asked whether he would like to see a plane travel to Poland or Romania to bring back refugees, Vadym Prystaiko told the Commons Home Affairs Committee: "If you want to send planes, send F-16s."
