Urgent search launched for missing Scots teen last seen on Thursday afternoon

Police have launched an urgent search for a 14-year-old Scots teenager who vanished one day ago.

Cops are appealing to the public for their help in tracing Dean Emslie, 14, who was last seen at about 1.30pm on July 14 in the Hope Street area of Peterhead. Dean is described as 5' 11" tall, with brown hair.

Officers say he was last seen was wearing a black hoodie, black jogging bottoms and a black cap.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Anyone who may have seen Dean since this time, or who has any information which could be relevant, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting number MPR6123090722."
