An urgent search has been launched for a missing Scots teen who was last seen one day ago.
Rihanna Crimmond Robertson, from Aberdeen, was last seen around 3.40pm on Monday at Ormiston, East Lothian.
The 14-year-old returned to Aberdeen that evening and has not been heard from since.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and have urged anyone with information to get in touch.
Rihanna is described as being five feet four inches tall, with long black hair and a pale complexion.
She was last seen wearing a black jacket with a light brown fur hood, black tracksuit bottoms with gold writing on each leg and a tracksuit top with gold writing on each arm.
Police Sergeant Allan Masson said : “We are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Rihanna.
"I would ask anyone that knows where she is now to get in touch with police.
“We believe she was in Aberdeen this morning but may have travelled by public transport to the Mearns since then. She also has links to St Cyrus.
“Anyone with any information should contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 2202 of 9 May, 2022.”
Update: Police confirmed that Rihanna was found safe and well in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
In a statement on Facebook, Tayside Police wrote: "We can confirm that Rihanna Crimmond who was reported missing from the Aberdeen area has been traced safe and well.
"We would like to thank all those who shared our earlier appeal."
