Urgent search launched for Brit dad who went missing on night out in Amsterdam

An urgent search has been launched for a man who went missing on night out in Amsterdam.

Craig Brown, 26, was last seen in Amsterdam at the Old Sailor on the evening of 11 March and has not been in contact with his friends or family since after getting separated from his friend, Kyle Harman.

The Hull man was last seen in bars in the city centre wearing a red jacket and jeans.

Partner Laura Brown is urgently appealing for information on Craig's whereabouts.

Posting on Facebook, she wrote: "If anyone has had any recent contact from Craig Brown can they please let me or his mum (Lesley Brown) know, he was last seen in Amsterdam near old sailor area on 11/03/23 and no one has had any contact since"

"He got separated from the friend he was with who said he didn’t go back to their hotel… his phone is off and the British embassy has been informed and reported him missing but obviously people are getting worried. Photo is what he was last wearing."

Speaking to Hull Live, Craig's partner Laura said that she just "wants him to come home to his daughter", explaining that they share a young three-year-old who has been asking where her dad is.

Craig's family have contacted the British Embassy and Amsterdam police who have now filed a missing person report.

Anyone with any information on Craig's whereabouts can contact Laura Brown through her Facebook page, here.
