The search for a missing Scots man who was last seen three days ago has been called off, as he has been found.
Norman Hughes, aged 39, vanished from the Roy Bridge area of Lochaber in the Highlands on Saturday. The last sighting of Norman was at 10pm that night.
He had not been seen or heard from since, prompting officers to launch a frantic search bid and appeal for the public's help in their efforts to find him. Now, police have confirmed that Norman has been traced 'safely'.
A spokesperson for Highlands & Islands Police Division said: "Officers can confirm that Norman Hughes, who had been reported missing and last seen in the Lochaber area, has been traced safely.
"We’d like to thank the public for their assistance."
