Urgent police search for missing man who vanished after filming for Antiques Roadshow

Police have launched an urgent appeal to track down a man who went missing after filming for an episode of Antiques Roadshow.

Graeme Corbett, from Alloa, had attended a day of production at Glasgow's Pollok Country Park on Tuesday July 4.

Locals had been invited to view and bring their own artefacts for exhibition and valuation, reports the Daily Record.

Police say Graeme, who is in his late 40s, was last seen at around 10am that day.

He is described as having curly grey hair, a stubbly grey beard, and glasses.

When Graeme was last seen he was wearing a light grey blazer and dark blue trousers, and was carrying a bulky black rucksack.

Hundreds of people are believed to have attended the filming at Pollok Country Park on Tuesday - the first of several days of filming for a new episode of the long-running BBC series.

Police have urged anyone who may recognise Graeme from that day to get in touch

A statement from Police Scotland's Forth Valley Division read: " Police are appealing for any information on the whereabouts of Graeme Corbett, who resides in the Alloa area.
