Urgent police appeal to find missing man, 60, last seen near Longsight

Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a missing man who was last seen in Longsight on Thursday morning (October 20). Sharing the appeal, Greater Manchester Police said that 60-year-old Marghani was last seen at around 7am on Plymouth Grove West, in the Longsight area of Manchester.

They are appealing for the public's help in tracing him and are urging anybody with information to contact the force immediately. Police can be contacted on 101.

He is described as a Pakistani man, around six-foot tall, of an average build. He was last seen wearing a blue and distinctive t-shirt, shown in the picture.

The police appeal on Thursday night read: "Can you help us find Marghani who is 60 and was last seen on Plymouth Grove West at around 7am today? He's a Pakistani man, six-foot, average build and has a distinctive top (pictured)."

"Please call 101 if you see him or have details to make sure he is safe and well."
