Urgent police appeal over missing 16-year-old girl

Police have issued an urgent appeal for the public's help to trace a missing 16 year-old girl. Lois Laurence was last seen in the Blackley area of north Manchester last Friday, January 27.

Greater Manchester Police have circulated an appeal on its social media channels, revealing the last sighting of her was on Heaton Park Road. A photograph of Lois is also being shared.

Lois is described as slim, around 5ft 4ins tall with dark brown, long hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black Nike trainers and a black Zavetti coat.

Police believe she may have links to the Bury area of Greater Manchester, and urged anyone with information to come forward.
