Inspector David Ryan said: "Concerns are growing for Hollie’s welfare and we want to make sure she is safe and well.
"Hollie has connections in the Edinburgh area and has also travelled to Hawick and Berwick so we are asking anyone who might have seen her to get in touch.
"She used both buses and trains so we are asking people to keep an eye out if they are also travelling and let us know if they have seen Hollie."
Anyone who can help is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 2495 of Wednesday 12 July, 2023.
