Police have issued an urgent appeal to trace a missing woman now thought to be in Manchester. Emma, 41, went missing from the Handsworth area of Birmingham but is believed to have travelled to Manchester.
West Midlands Police are working with Greater Manchester Police to help trace Emma. She is described as being around 5ft 7ins tall, with long dark brown hair, last seen wearing a grey camouflage hooded coat with purple trousers and dark wellington type boots.
Police shared a picture of Emma as part of their appeal, where she was holding a light coloured shopping bag. Anyone with any information about her whereabouts is being urged to contact officers immediately.

In a statement West Midlands Police said: "Have you seen Emma? The 41-year-old went missing from Handsworth, Birmingham, but is now believed to be in Manchester.
"We are liaising with Greater Manchester Police to try and locate Emma and appreciate the public’s support in sharing this appeal.
"Emma is 5ft 7ins tall, with long dark brown hair and was wearing a grey camouflaged type hooded coat, purple trousers and dark wellington type boots. She was carrying a light-coloured shopping bag. If you see her, please call 999 quoting West Midlands Police log 1961 of 27/12/22."
