Urgent appeal to find man, 30, wanted on recall to prison

Officers hunting a wanted man from Greater Manchester have issued an appeal for help finding him. Greater Manchester Police says Kyle Andrews is wanted on recall to prison.

The 30-year-old, from Wigan, is also known to have links to St Helens and other parts of Merseyside. GMP has today (December 17) released an urgent appeal for help tracing Andrews.

An image of Andrews which has also been released today shows he is white, has short dark hair and some facial hair. Anyone who sees Andrews or has information on his whereabouts is urged contact police or make an anonymous tip-off to Crimestoppers as soon as possible.

In a post on Facebook this afternoon (December 17), a spokesperson for GMP Wigan West wrote: "Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from Wigan. Kyle Andrews is wanted on recall to prison.

"He is known to have links to the Wigan, St Helens and Merseyside areas. Anybody with information regarding the whereabouts of Kyle Andrews should contact police on 0161 856 9189 or 0161 856 3622, or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
