Police have issued an alert after a pensioner vanished in Oldham. The woman, named only as Cynthia, and who is 86, was last seen in Shaw at around 1:40pm today (Saturday, May 27) Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said.
They said officers are 'concerned' about Cynthia, who uses a walking stick, and want to make sure that she is safe and well.
They believe she may have travelled to Manchester city centre, the force said in a post on their social media channels accompanied by a photograph of her.

Cynthis is around 5ft 4in tall and has grey hair they said. They are anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact police call 101 or use via the LiveChat function on the GMP website quoting log number 1949 of 27/05/2023
