Ghaziabad: The then Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav inaugurated the widening and strengthening work of 6 to 8 lanes from Dabur Tiraha to Meerut Tiraha via Mohan Nagar in the district on 3 June 2013. Its plaque is installed at Dabur Tiraha, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
The plaque is in complete dilapidated condition but the state officials are not paying any attention to it. Are they doing every work with political spectacles on?

The park which was also constructed, along with the widening and strengthening work of Meerut Tiraha, is also destroyed and park boundaries around have become disarranged. The CCTV cameras installed along with the solar panels are also gathering dust.
Dynamite News correspondent spoke to the people and they said that the condition of the park is deteriorating and there is no one to look after it.

The dilapidated condition of the park located in the middle of the main road reflects the negligence of the officials and the government. It is anybody's guess as to when the officials concerned will wake up, remove their political specs and take up the required repair work oif the highway as well as the park.
