UP Police files case against man who died 15 years ago

Gorakhpur: The Khajni Police of Gorakhpur district have filed a case against a man, who died 15 years ago, in a land dispute case. 

According to a Dynamite News correspondent, there was an ongoing land dispute in Bhitni village of Bari Banduari, under the Khajni police station area. In this dispute, one party filed a case under some serious charges against Rajaram, Karmbir, Shyam Sundar Yadav, Raj Narayan, and others. The shocking part is that one of the accused, Shyam Sundar Yadav, passed away on December 28, 2010.

This incident has raised serious questions about the working style of the Khajni police.

Locals claim that the police included a deceased person in the case without proper investigation, which is a clear example of gross negligence.

There is huge outrage among the people after this incident. They are condemning the working style of the police and seeking action against the culprits.
