New Delhi: Dashing the hope of Durga Shankar Mishra for a fourth time extension, the Government appointed Manoj Kumar Singh as the new Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh. Durga Shankar Mishra had already got extension as CS earlier three times and he was hoping that he would get the fourth extension this time.
Dynamite News, which keeps sharp eye on the bureaucracy of Uttar Pradesh, once again proved right as it had already declared in a special episode on June 9 that Durga Shankar Mishra would not get any extension this time come what may.
At the same time, Dynamite News had predicted in that episode that Manoj Kumar Singh would be the new Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh.
