Looking for something fun to fill your Friday nights this September? Well, look no further. This year’s late summer series Up at The O2 promises music lovers some nights to remember.
Hosted by Kiss FM DJ Harriet Rose, Up at The O2 will see eight silent discos being held on the evenings of Friday, September 8, Friday, September 22, and Friday, September 29.
A team of glitter makeup artists will be on call, ready to add some sparkle to the attendees’ looks, but you must arrive 45 minutes before the event starts. Afterwards, you can set off from Up at The O2‘s Base Camp to kick off the night.
DJ Harriet Rose will be entertaining partygoers with a 20-minute playlist once they finish their guided climb to the top, reach the summit and don their headphones.
The silent discos will be held 52-metres above ground level at twilight and offer attendees a breathtaking, 360-degree view of Greenwich, Canary Wharf, and the Olympic Park based in Stratford.
Talking about the silent discos, DJ Harriet Rose said: “I CANNOT WAIT to hit the roof, drop some bangers and get the party started with Up at The O2. These gigs are going to be epic and I’m going to be bringing my A-game.
“As to exactly what beats I’ll be playing, it’s a secret for now. If you wanna find out, go book a ticket!”
Those who want to attend can get their tickets via the official website now. Tickets cost £55 per person and come with a complimentary soft drink so that the climbers who will work up a sweat can quench their thirst.
Attendees will also have the option to upgrade their tickets. This will give them a glass of bubbly at the summit for an extra £8.
Customers of Virgin Media and O2 will also be able to claim 20 per cent off their silent disco climbs if they book their tickets via Priority.
